Sam is a vibrant, enthusiastic, business graduate who has always made sports and health a number one priority in her life. From her volunteer work at athletic events, to teaching swimming lessons as well as competitive swimming, any involvement in physical activity puts a smile on her face. Samantha has achieved her fitness accreditations through various different certifying bodies including, but not limited to: Group Fitness with InShape Training (CFES); Personal Training with Kinesiologists.ca (BCRPA); Tabata Bootcamp Certification (Mindy Mylrea); and finally, her Indoor Cycling Certification with Inner Fit Studios.
Hari is an ACE certified personal trainer who is TRX and Sandbell certified. He has played hockey all of his life and still plays to this day. He is driven by member’s accomplishments and achievements in reaching their fitness goals. Hari does not consider his position as an Orangethoery Fitness trainer work, because he is so passionate about what he does. Hari would one day like to go back to Greece and see all of his family and friends. His latest guilty pleasure has become Dairy Queen chocolate dipped cones (on cheat days of course)!
Kendrick is HFA Group and Personal Trainer Certified with a Graduate in Sport Sciences. Kendrick loves seeing individuals accomplish their personal and fitness goals; whether it be witnessing the moments when someone transitions from a walker to a runner, increasing weight with dumbbells, or improving on their rowing time. Motivating and sharing his energy with others is what he loves to do! Besides fitness, Kendrick and his wife love tasting different types of cuisines and restaurants which is why he likes to cook healthy and delicious meals. For downtime, he loves watching shows and movies on Netflix. He enjoys spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews!
Austin is an outgoing and keen BCRPA registered personal trainer currently furthering his education in Sport Science and Kinesiology. After travelling along his own fitness journey, he wanted nothing more than to help others get to where they want to be and beyond. Through his welcoming and friendly attitude, Austin has been able to show his passion for fitness as he continues to teach and learn in the industry. Growing up, Austin was an avid lacrosse player, and still plays to this day. He is inspired by seeing clients do what they didn’t think was possible and hopes to see you in his next class!
